Registration fees were due for all participants, including invited speakers and chairpersons.

Above registrations included:

  • Attendance at all conference events, including the Sunday welcome reception, Tuesday concert, Wednesday "Einstein in the City" event, and Thursday banquet. (All receptions and the conference banquet were sponsored by nonfederal sources.)
  • Conference documents such as the conference guide (pocketsize hard copy) and abstract book (on USB memory stick).
  • CD-ROM of the proceedings.

Hard copies of the proceedings may be purchased from IEEE at an estimated cost of $300 each.
