The ACA has contracted with (3) area hotels for sleeping rooms for meeting attendees and their guests. It is important legally/financially that we fulfill the contracted room block commitments. Please stay at one of the hotels listed below. All hotels are within walking distance of the Knoxville Convention Center. In order to receive our special hotel rates, reservations must be made before April 16, 2008. Student rooms are available ONLY to attendees who submit the Advance Meeting Registration Form with paid registration as a Student or Postdoc.

Be sure to identify yourself as an ACA Meeting Attendee. Use code ACA or code ACS for Student rooms. Note: Walking time from this hotel to the Convention Center is about 15 minutes. Knoxville Trolley Lines, a FREE downtown trolley service, provides a convenient way to travel to the convention center. The free service is available Monday-Friday, 7am to 6pm.
The Importance of Staying in Conference Hotels
We are able to offer the special discounted room rates due to a commitment to contract for a minimum number of sleeping rooms at these hotels. If we do not fill these blocks, financial penalties will be incurred. This ultimately impacts the health of the ACA and consequently registration fees.
Cancellation Policy
Each hotel has it's own cancellation policy. Cancellations or changes to reservations must be made directly with your hotel and will adhere to that hotel's policy.
