Wei Subject SNS AP work plan Summary The purpose of this meeting is to reach a consensus on the priority of group activity, and to plan for immediate/future work. 1. Work priority a) The top priority of the group is to develop "horizontal" integration of the project, subject by subject, from front end to the target. We are not the intellectual owner of each component, but we are the ultimate owner of the entire project. b) We are discussing with front end, linac, and ring group on how to develop a "big AP team", avoiding duplications, complementing and enhancing each other, and training ourselves ready to finally inherit the machine.
